Just blocks from the State Capital building and the University of South Carolina campus, the 303,000 square feet Bank of America Plaza is located on Main Street, downtown Columbia’s main commercial corridor. Oceanside Resorts partnered with RFR to acquire this property in 2004. Subsequently, this asset was sold in May 2006.
